Our independent VRT calculator acts as an independent source of VRT calculations (including NOx levy introduced Jan 1st 2020) based on accurate industry market data. With an independent VRT calculation you can:
- Do a VRT check on VRT calculations provided by the Revenue Commissioners
- Estimate VRT on vehicles that are not available in the Revenue Commissioners database, such as Porsche, Tesla and other makes

How VRT Check works?
Our Independent VRT Calculation Report enables you to check the VRT you will need to pay when importing a car to Ireland.
This report generated is an independent VRT calculation using an independent valuation of the Irish market value of the vehicle based on accurate industry market data. The valuation is provided by Ireland’s leading provider of vehicle valuations, who also supplies vehicle valuations to banks, insurance companies and the motor trade industry. Using the market value of the vehicle an independent VRT calculation is then provided for the vehicle.
